What’s Included

At check-ups, we review health history, growth trends, development, and risk factors, then create a plan you can follow. Hearing and vision screening are available when appropriate. Sick visits are focused and efficient: we examine, test if needed, and outline treatment with clear return-to-care guidance. Rapid tests are available for COVID-19, strep, and influenza (and others as indicated). School, camp, and sports physicals are completed promptly with the necessary forms. We provide in-depth discussion about the role of vaccination and help you make informed choices.

How a visit Flows

You’ll start with your main concern and goals. We’ll examine, discuss options, and agree on next steps—what to do now, what to watch for, and when to follow up. If forms are required, we complete them the same day whenever possible.

When to seek urgent care

Go to the ER or call 911 for severe breathing trouble, significant dehydration, uncontrolled pain, concerning head injury symptoms, or any immediate safety concern. If appropriate, we’ll help coordinate next steps.

Practical details

Self-pay practice. Payment is due at the visit. We’ll provide an itemized invoice you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement; coverage varies by plan. Payments accepted: credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and personal checks. After-hours care may be available by special appointment for established patients.
