MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Michael G. Crookston
 Dr. Crookston was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from Weber State University in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree of Science. At a very a young age he desired to follow in his fathers footsteps and become a dentist. He obtained his Doctor of dental surgery degree in 2003 from Indiana University. He joined Roy Family dental in 2004 and later purchased it in 2005. He has learned that even greater than performing dentistry is the opportunity to build a trusting relationship with his patients. Dr. Crookston currently resides in Eden with his lovely wife Amy, and 4 beautiful children - Anna 10, Skyler 8, Alex 6, and Isabelle 3. His favorite pass time is spending time with his family. They enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, traveling, and other outdoor adventures.
Dr. Cade G. Baldwin
 Dr. Baldwin was born and raised in Blackfoot, Idaho. He graduated with a Zoology degree from Idaho State University. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Indiana University where he met Dr. Crookston. They have been long-time friends since their "Hoosier" days. Dr. Baldwin, his wife Cari, and 4 beautiful daughters: Jessica(15), Sabrina(13), Annika(10), and Ava(4), have recently relocated to the Ogden Valley and look forward to taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors. Due to the lack of male companions in the house, Dr. Baldwin loves to ride horses, hunt, camp, and play sports with his girls.
